Open Settings and tap Delete account. You can delete your account at any time.
What is deleted
Your username, avatar, email address if you registered one, match history and coin balance are removed from our database immediately. Matches you took part in are deleted for both players. If we keep backup copies, they are overwritten within 30 days.
What we keep
- Purchase records are kept for five years because Norwegian accounting law requires it.
- Unused coins and boosters are forfeited and cannot be refunded.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app installed, email [email protected].
- With a registered account, write from the email address on the account.
- With a guest account, include your Player ID (shown in the app under Settings) so we can find it.
A guest account contains no name, email address or other personal details, so without a Player ID we cannot identify it — it is deleted automatically after 24 months without activity.
